InScreen insect screen

The integrated insect screen for QuinLine® lift-and-slide doors

No trip hazard in the passageway

The lower guide rail of the pleated insect screen is integrated into the threshold structure of the lift-and-slide door. This means that the InScreen requires no additional framework, thereby eliminating any awkward thresholds or trip hazards. The pleated screen cassette is recessed into the frame of the fixed panel via an integration profile, resulting in a minimal visible profile when closed.

The pleated blind: lightweight, durable, virtually invisible

The high-quality fibreglass pleated blind from InScreen Insect Screens combines a delicate appearance with impressive durability. It can be opened and closed smoothly and adapts flexibly to any situation. When open, the pleated blind is virtually invisible thanks to the integration profile in the fixed panel, emphasising the clean lines of the lift-and-slide door. Thanks to its durable material, it also offers impressive stability and resilience. Even with intensive use, it remains consistently reliable.

FAQs about the InScreen insect screen

Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about the InScreen insect screen.
We are currently preparing our production lines for the new processes and setting up all the necessary tools. The ‘ex-works’ solution, whereby we prepare the lift-and-slide door to the extent that the pleated blind assembly simply needs to be clipped into place on site, is expected to be available to order from mid-April. Delivery can therefore take place from early to mid-May 2026.
The InScreen insect screen for QuinLine® lift-and-slide doors blends seamlessly into the design of the lift-and-slide door. The frame of the pleated insect screen is integrated into the fixed panel and the threshold structure. This ensures maximum functionality with no trip hazard in the passageway, minimal visible profiles and an unobstructed view when closed. Accessible passageway

  • No measurements required, as the dimensions of the lift-and-slide door are known (no need for on-site measurement)
  • Plug & Play: No drilling or screwing required with the ‘ex-works’ solution
Yes. When placing a new order, the window fitter simply selects the InScreen version. The measurements, colour matching and configuration are handled automatically. The pleated blind package is delivered as a plug-and-play set together with the door.
Yes! InScreen is also available as a retrofit solution for existing QuinLine® lift-and-slide doors. Using the order number from the original project, we will determine all the necessary measurements. The handle strip and frame will be colour-matched precisely to your existing lift-and-slide door, ensuring that InScreen blends seamlessly into the overall look.
Not usually – as the dimensions of the QuinLine® are known from the order number of the original project. A measurement sheet is only required if no documentation is available.
Should the pleated blind on your InScreen ever become damaged, the pleated blind cassette can simply be reordered. As the dimensions and colours are already known from the original order, replacement is straightforward: the fitter simply releases the old cassette from the clip fittings and clips the new one into place – with minimal effort. In most cases, this is the more cost-effective solution compared to sending the existing pleated blind in for repair.
