Discover the world of thresholds

The variety of variants and quality of SCHMIDT threshold solutions are unique. The basis for this is the material – aluminium. The high displacement resistance due to double thermal separation and tight manufacturing tolerances offer long-lasting stability, which also affects functionality. This means that the smooth-running sliding sash can be operated very easily. Improved thermal insulation is achieved through the thermal separation of the threshold chambers and the insulating rods with polyurethane foam. Cold and heat have no chance here. Depending on your needs, different threshold solutions can be used. The unique renovation threshold from SCHMIDT enables e.g. the easy replacement of old lift and slide doors without dust-producing milling.

Standard threshold with external stop

The aluminium floor threshold has duothermal separation and an external stop.
It meets all requirements for floor-to-ceiling door elements with flat thresholds.

Electric drive eVOMATIC®

Pretty smart – the eVOMATIC® electric drive is a real comfort boost for the QuinLine® 84 system in terms of function and design. The drive is smart home compatible and allows, for example, the lift and slide door to be opened and closed at the push of a button. An ideal solution for operating large elements with little effort and thus making the passage to the outside barrier-free. The optionally available drive technology is integrated into the profile construction invisibly for the user and can be put into operation in a very short time.

Hook-bolt drive

As an alternative to the conventional bolt drive, the hook-bolt drive entirely eliminates latch bolts in the passage area of lift and slide doors.

No more latch bolts: no more getting snagged
The conical hook pulls the sash into the required position
Contact pressure can be controlled directly on the closing section: compensates for height differences
Hook-bolt drive can be used up to RC 2 safety requirements

The QuinLine® lift and slide door offers no room for compromise when it comes to security. From the two-part to the four-part variant, all construction types from resistance classes RC 1 N to RC 3 are tested and certified according to DIN EN 1627.
